My room facing the alpine was perfect and luxurious. And the room's amenities were excellent.

The location was strategic, within a close distance from Titlis Cliff Walk. Was set in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were really helpful.

Loved Engelberg, the hotel was unbelievable and absolutely great to ski station. The food was tasty, the breakfast was amazing.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at a hotel in Engelberg. The property has been beautifully refurbished and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids' play area was a hit with our little ones, and the staff there were fantastic. One of the highlights was the stunning pool with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

There were a few things that could have been improved. The breakfast experience was not up to par for a hotel of this class.

Boutique double room with balcony for the mountain, had essentials required. All the employees were excellent and cooperative. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Titlis Engelberg.

The hotel was located in a beautiful area, with stunning views of the surroundings. The minibus service provided by the staff was very convenient, as they would drop you off or pick you up from various locations in Engelberg. The rooms were fantastic, with beautifully executed interior design. The staff were mainly helpful and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The Italian concierge at the entrance was not very friendly, and could use some improvement in his social skills.

Had luxurious and big room with balcony for the mountain, nice view for a really amazing stay. The decor was fantastic and the staff were really helpful. Magnificent and strategic location to ski station made it easy to get to key attractions.

The pool and spa at Kempinski were absolutely incredible. I spent hours relaxing and enjoying the stunning mountain views. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Engelberg.

With a great location close to everything in town and just a short distance to the ski station, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the hotel had excellent facilities such as a stunning pool with a view of the village and a gym with all the necessary equipment, and a luxurious spa on the top floor. The hotel also provided convenient transportation options with drivers that shuttle guests to and from the ski lift and cable car stations. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay that much more enjoyable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel deserves more than 5 stars for its location, service, and facilities. Big rooms with beautiful views, amazing dining area with panoramic view, tasty food, pleasant and respectful staff, beautiful pool and spa, winter garden for afternoon coffee and cake.
